Misc. morning

OMGosh! It has been SO warm here this past few days...weeks...I know many of you are having ice storms...and we are supposed to get some colder weather with sleet and such later in the week...BUT...we have cherry trees and daffodils blooming!! This is not right! :) Its gonna screw up all the bulbs and fruit trees! I prefer my spring in the spring please.

...the girls..as in Ms Jada and her mom, have been in our house officially for 1 week....mommy has gotten a job(that girl gets every job she interviews for!)...now to get Ms Jada in school and get her mommy in school too! The quarter starts in April with application deadline by Feb 16th. Yikes! Lots to do! We've gotta get on it!

Can anyone say 24?!?! Wow...4 hours invested in the premier ...worth it you ask?? Well, if you didn't see last nites episodes...all I can say is...its gonna be a wild season...:)

Been shopping at Chicos...my current place of 2nd job employment(I am not spending my entire paycheck...yet:)).......am I having fun yet?? you bet!

God is so good...we got through my hubby's testing..for now and he is feeling somewhat better and a little relieved at the results....thank you all for praying!

I like my spring in spring too. We're still in winter with glistening- diamond-sparkly snow. Too cold to melt and make dirty snow, so everything is pristine for now. So Chicos is your 2nd job now ... I'd like to have just one part time job sometime before I'm too old to work. Nathan has been my job for 10 years and I've been at home 24 years raising my four children.

Wow! You are really busy! I would love to have my son back home. I miss him and he's not been gone that long.

I've never watched 24. Maybe that will be my new show to watch.

Glad the family is healthy!

Love to you.

Cold, cold here - no ice storms but cold.

Never could get into 24 - isn't it funny how attached we get?

Sounds like a full house to me - while you love having them ther, hope you get some me time!

Good news about your hubby, yea. Life is good even when you're cold...

Glad to hear the good report about hubby, will continue to pray.
Sounds like a full house! It's kind of like being a a new mom all over again - huh!? Just when you thought those days were over! Nothing is sweeter than loving a grandchild...like as if I have to tell you!
You have a new second job and I can't wait to stop working! I admire your energy, can you bottle some of that for me?
Blessings!

lovely flower! I'm ready for spring now, but we need more moisture here... hasn't been as cold as usual, only a few days of -47! lol
I watched part of the 24 premiere the other day. Haven't watched too much of it, but hubby likes it! I'm waiting for prison break to start up next week lol

Well, it was sure cold yesterday in Atlanta! Whew! I didn't wear socks and regretted it all day.

Wow, I watched 24 and enjoyed the suspenseful ride, although they sure got graphic in a couple spots. I'd scream and cover my eyes, while my daughter laughed at me, and we both went "eeeuuwwwwww!" I rarely watch TV, though, and this is probably one of three favorites.

I continue pray for hubby...mine is going through tests again. Thanks for being there!

I just mentioned this to my BIL...this crazy weather is going to have us with no flowers this spring...they're blooming now and the frost in the next day or two will kill them....crazy. Will email you on my day off..tomorrow.
