Oh My Word!!!

The sun is shining, the sky is blue....the daffodils are blooming....its 55 degrees at 8:30am...going up to 70 for sure today! Could this be spring?!?! I surely hope so! Where else would you have a wind chill of 12 on Sunday and 70s later that same week...ahhh I do love living down south....:)

The first day of spring is one thing, and the first spring day is another. The difference between them is sometimes as great as a month.

Oh that's a beautiful picture !! We had the same weather here in KY. Saturday and Sunday it snowed and was in the teens and all week we've had 50 - 60 degree weather, and today is supposed to get around 65 degrees and it's so sunny and pretty.
I think spring's on its way ! Spring's one of my favorite seasons.
Everything re-blooming after winter and all the pretty flowers seem to make the days cheerier !!:)

We've got really strong winds here today - I'm hoping they are blowing spring weather to Michigan!
By the end of February I start getting hopeful again of good weather to come ~ but March is fickle it can still snow. Pretend I didn't say the "S" word!

I am in Michigan also, and we had a few snow flurries this morning plus the high winds...but my daughter texted me earlier...she saw about 20 robins!

How beautiful! I'm jealous. Here in Ohio, we have a heat wave (39 degrees with cold winds and snow on the ground). But, the streets are clear, so we can still walk outside - yay! Your picture and report brings hope for the days ahead!

Oh man..we had record highs today! It was at least 80. I tried to open the porch door for some fresh air and had to shut it and turn on the AC! Love it! Maybe I'll go lay by the pool tomorrow ::evil laugh:: Not so good for my poor sinuses, however... maybe it'll still be nice when you come visit.

It's snowing like mad here and supposed to for the next ten days! Hopefully the above freezing temps during the day will melt the snow.

Love the picture! Makes me long for spring! But here in Colorado we still need to get through our 2 snowiest months.

We have some similar interests: I too love To Kill a Mockingbird (fabulous writing!!), and the Mark of the Lion series I just reread. And Sweet Home Alabama, I just relate to way to much since most of my family is in Virginia. As she says in the movie,"You outta need a passport down here!" A whole other world.

OH MY WORD is right - this is just breathtaking. It is cold here and there was snow onthe ground this morning. It will be a while but know it is on the downhill.
Your picture gives me hope, will just have to wait. Ah...wait - not my strong suit. Maybe I can exercies it a little more, LOL...
