Yes, the Callanetics is working like a miracle. I wish I had measured before.
Have done the workout four times and my tummy, hips, thighs and upper arms are NOTICABLY smaller and much more firm.
And, I stopped eating sweets, but really, I was not eating but one or two cookies a day.
